In 1994 and 1995, Mr. Gottlieb and Mr. Laginestra played an integral role in shaping and implementing a consolidation and expansion strategy for Viacom in the wake of its purchase of Paramount Communications and Blockbuster Entertainment.     Anthony J. Peters

    No one has earned the distinction of being New York's "Mr. Downtown" more than Anthony J. Peters. In 1966, he set a brokerage record of 3.3 million square feet of office leases in one year, and in his career he was involved in at least 15 leases of more than 200,000 square feet, including four one-million-square-foot deals. His mark on the skylines of cities around the continent still stands in plain view in the shape of buildings such as Sears Tower, 55 Water St., One and Four New York Plaza, Two Broadway, the General Motors Buildings, 20, 60 and 80 Broad Street, among many other project on which he served as a development consultant.     In 1998, Waterman won The Henry Hart Rice Achievement Award from REBNY for "The Most Ingenious Deal of the Year" for the Federation Employment and Guidance Service (FEGS FEGS Federation Employment and Guidance Service, Inc (Long Island, New York) ) transaction at 315 Hudson Street.

    He is involved in corporate fundraising for the Starlight Children's Foundation, is a member of the Site Visit Committee of United Jewish Appeal, coordinates blood drives for Newmark and YM/WREA and fundraises for FEGS.

    Waterman holds leadership positions in several non-profit groups, including chairman of the All Sector Technology Group, chairman of HR Dynamics, president of Staff Resources, Inc., and vice chairman for the New Leadership Division of Israel Bonds. He served as chairman, vice chairman and membership chairman of the YM/WREA, and received its "Young Real Estate Man of the Year" award in conjunction with REBNY in 2001. Waterman guest lectures at the NYU Real Estate Institute and the Real Estate Board of NY.

    He holds a BS with a concentration in Management and Marketing from C.W. Post College.
