This seventh edition of a writing handbook for more prepared college students offers new coverage of reading electronic texts, plus new material on evaluating sources and avoiding plagiarism. This edition also provides two new student papers illustrating the entire research and writing process. Other learning features include color-coded tabs, boxes on out-smarting the computer software's grammar checker, and ESL tips and cross-references throughout. Sections cover writing essays, critical thinking and argumentation, writing in the disciplines, research and documentation, and digital document design.
