The big fight ... for faith.


Pastors will be quoting Rocky Balboa's words of wisdom in their homilies this winter if Catholic star Sylvester Stallone has anything to say about it. Stallone and Motive Entertainment are branding Rocky Balboa Balboa, town (1990 pop. 2,751), Colón prov., in the former Panama Canal Zone, on the Gulf of Panama. The port for Panama City, Balboa was the administrative headquarters of the Panama Canal Zone. It was also the site of a U.S. navy base (closed 1999). , which comes out December 22, as a movie about faith.

"It's not a boxing story; it's a spiritual journey. It really is about a man that has been chosen to accomplish a role, to be an example for other people," Stallone told New Man Magazine.
