Approximately $324,150,000 in aggregate principal amount of the outstanding 81/2 % Senior Notes issued pursuant to Regulation 144A under CUSIP number 984756AA4 were tendered in the exchange offer as of the original expiration date, with an additional $25,275,000 of Regulation 144A Senior Notes tendered pursuant to the guaranteed delivery procedures. Approximately $600,000 in aggregate principal amount of the outstanding 81/2 % Senior Notes issued pursuant to Regulation S under CUSIP number U98441AA3 were tendered in the exchange offer as of the original expiration date.

The extension of the 81/2 % Senior Notes exchange offer is intended to allow additional time for holders of the remaining outstanding notes to tender their outstanding notes in the exchange offer.
