The X-Change Corporation To Open Cambodia Office.

DALLAS -- The X-Change Corporation (OTCBB: XCHC) announced today that it will open an office in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Phen, following initial meetings between senior management from the Dallas-based corporation and officials from the Petroleum Exploration and Production Division of the Cambodian National Petroleum Authority (CNPA). The new X-Change Corporation office will be staffed immediately and will focus on strategic and operational aspects of exploration and production of the nation's energy resources.

The Cambodian National Petroleum Authority (CNPA) is the primary government body responsible for promoting investment and administering both upstream and downstream activities within the petroleum industry in Cambodia. Though in its early stages of development, the petroleum industry in Cambodia has seen a significant increase in investment in recent years.

The X-Change Corporation formed a wholly owned domestic subsidiary, Curado Energy Cambodia Limited, in March of this year to handle the administrative functions of any Cambodian operations. A Cambodian corporation will be formed to handle any exploration and production concerns.
