She starts with the beginning ballet terms and steps, then moves to more complex center combinations. Each exercise is clear, correct, and performed slowly enough for students to absorb, with the help of Boross' voiceover explanations. Teachers can review the basics as presented in four chapters: ballet technique, barre work, center work, and the class.
