Located on the Las Vegas Strip The Las Vegas Strip (also known as The Strip) is a 4 mi (6.7 km) section of Las Vegas Boulevard South, most of which has been designated an All-American Road. , at the former site of the legendary Sands Hotel The Sands Hotel was a legendary Las Vegas, Nevada hotel/casino that operated from December 15, 1952 to June 30, 1996. ACCOMMODATIONS

 130-square-foot bath finished in Italian marble, a refreshment center, fax and copier, three dual phone lines, a safe large enough to hold a laptop, and two televisions.

MEETING SPACE

The Venetian was specifically designed to support the trade show and meetings industry. One of the largest, most well-equipped and dynamic trade show facilities in the world, The Venetian Congress Center and the adjoining Sands Expo The Sands Expo and Convention Center, at 1.2 million square feet (110,000 m²), is the second largest convention center in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. It opened in 1990 across the street from the original Sands Hotel.  and Convention Center excel in space, quality, and service.

Surrounding the main expo facility are four meeting areas that can be configured into 80 breakout rooms. Add to that the 500,000 square feet of the Congress Center in the Venetian, which houses the 13,500-squarefoot Palazzo Ballroom and the 85,000-square-foot Venetian Ballroom, the largest pillar-less ballroom in North America. These facilities can be transformed to accommodate up to 110 meeting rooms and 65 additional breakout rooms.

THE BEST IS YET TO COME

The Venetian opened a new hotel tower in June, making it the third-largest hotel in the world, with 4,049 suites.

The tower includes new meeting space with three new ballrooms. Each ballroom is 14,400 square feet and can be divided into 14 individual meeting rooms, ranging from 600 square feet to 1,200 square feet. The new space has a series of 22 elegantly finished meeting rooms, ranging from 342 to 4,500 square feet and including three new permanent boardrooms. Meeting, convention, and exhibition space at The Venetian Congress Center and the Sands Expo Convention Center now totals nearly 1.9 million square feet.

Shoppers will find fine merchants at The Grand Canal Shoppes The Grand Canal Shoppes is a 500,000 sq ft shopping mall adjacent to The Venetian Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada.

The mall was opened along with the Venetian in 1999.
 on the second level of The Venetian. The Shoppes combine shopping, entertainment, fine dining, and romance along the quarter-mile Grand Canal. Serenading gondoliers and cobblestone walkways are just some of the Venetian details that redefine shopping at this unique mall.
