The Union Bank went live with SumxNet in fall 2000 and 20 percent of the bank's customers are currently using the system for online banking.

Through SumxNet, The Union Bank is also offering its online customers unique features such as Account Watchdog and Personal Accountant. Account Watchdog automatically monitors accounts and notifies customers of unusual activity and when balances fall below or rise above pre-set account balance levels. Personal Accountant enables The Union Bank customers to track income and expenses directly through their checking accounts as well as providing financial management tools.
