He looks at factors such as profitability patterns, plans to improve operational efficiency, product quality issues, changes in management and the strategic profiles of the businesses.

A number of practical suggestions are provided concerning how to keep healthy companies out of trouble. This is a well-written, interesting book that should appeal to a wide audience.
