), has announced the formation of his new consulting and lobbying firm--The Tipton Group Inc. The new firm is located on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., and its clients will include companies, countries and others who are interested in food industry issues and management services. Tipton served the dairy processing industry for more than 38 years through the IDFA and its predecessor organizations; he was chief operating officer and CEO during the past 20 years.
