The Switch Beverage Company Acquired by Beverage Acquisition, LLC.


FORT WORTH, Texas Fort Worth is the fifth-largest city in the state of Texas, 18th-largest city in the United States[1], and voted one of "America’s Most Livable Communities.  -- Entities related to or advised by the Investment Management firm, Luther King Capital Management, through Beverage Acquisition Company, have purchased the assets of The Switch Beverage Company, Richmond, VA.

The Switch CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Brian Boyd said, "The Beverage Acquisition Company was organized by LKCM LKCM Luther King Capital Management (investment advisory firm; Fort Worth, TX)  in late 2005 to acquire emerging and established specialty niche beverage and food companies in the Natural Food & Beverage markets. We are currently looking at several other acquisitions in this space today and are excited about the opportunities that exist."

Founded in 2001, Switch Beverage produces, markets and distributes "The Switch" brand, an alternative beverage. The Switch is a unique and original beverage - a slightly carbonated 100% juice beverage that contains no preservatives or additives.
