The State of Oklahoma Community Action Partnership Announces Move to Community TechKnowledge ``CAPilot ODM'' Software.

AUSTIN, Texas -- The Oklahoma Office of Community Development and the Community Action Partnership (OKACAA) recently selected Community TechKnowledge, Inc. ("CTK") to provide a statewide web-based software system to track service recipients and outcomes. There are twenty-one Community Action agencies in the OKACAA state partnership that offer programs and services to help tens of thousands of low income residents, across the state, to become self-sufficient.

According to Kathy McLaughlin, Team Leader of the Citizen Empowerment Team of the Office of Community Development -- Oklahoma Department of Commerce, "When the opportunity presented itself for Oklahoma to advance our web-based outcomes data management efforts, we opted to partner with CTK, in part because of the breadth of knowledge and expertise demonstrated by CTK staff. We are convinced that CTK will meet our stringent reporting requirements, while also assisting us in measuring the outcomes our customers achieve.
