4. ) today announced the creation of a new regional territory to address the business growth and distribution opportunities in the New England corridor. This new region includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire New Hampshire, one of the New England states of the NE United States. He came to The St. Paul from the Kemper Insurance Companies. At Kemper, he served in branch management capacities, most recently as Southeastern Regional Vice President based in Atlanta.
