The South Florida Interactive Marketing Association Announces the Winners of the 2007 Silverpop SoFIE Awards.


FORT LAUDERDALE Fort Lauderdale (lô`dərdāl), residential, commercial, and resort city (1990 pop. 149,377), seat of Broward co., SE Fla., on the Atlantic coast; settled around a fort built (c.1837) in the Seminole War, inc. 1911. , Fla. -- The South Florida Interactive Marketing Association (SFIMA SFIMA South Florida Internet Marketing Association ) announced on April 20th the winners for The 2(nd) Annual 2007 Silverpop SoFIE Awards. The SoFIE Awards recognize the finest, most innovative interactive marketing campaigns in the Florida region. The Gala dinner and award ceremony was held on April 20th at the Diplomat Country Club and Resort in Hallandale Beach, Florida Hallandale Beach is a city in Broward County, Florida, United States. The city is named after Luther Halland, a worker for Henry Flagler's Florida East Coast Railroad. As of 1 July 2006, the population estimated by the U.S. Census Bureau is 37,145. , which was attended by more than 200 prestigious industry and marketing executives. The following companies were presented with an award during the SoFIE Awards Ceremony and Gala dinner.

The SoFIE Awards were created to showcase companies and individuals located in Florida who demonstrate thought leadership, superior execution, and innovation in the field of interactive marketing. This year's contest attracted nearly 100 entries from companies and agencies who do business in Florida. Teams of experts from all sectors of the industry judged the entries.
