The Rodale Institute, Kutztown, Pa., launches New Farm online magazine as a training resource to farmers on organic regulations and farming. In addition to a course on transitioning to organic, three- to five-hour online courses to be launched in 2003 include weed management, direct marketing and organic commodities production.
