The Rise and the Fall #5.This one's been consistently at the top of the heap since I've been seeing it, and could very well stand as an example to others if they gave half a shit, took their thumbs out of their asses, and stopped picking their noses for five minutes. Tight layout, great photo reproduction, solid writing, and, perhaps most importantly Adv. 1. most importantly - above and beyond all other consideration; "above all, you must be independent" above all, most especially of all, interesting subject matter that's not just going to appeal to six of the editor's friends.
