The Resource Group Appoints Frank Kelly to Key Leadership Position.

WASHINGTON -- The Resource Group International Limited ("TRG"), a global business process outsourcing (BPO) partnership providing equity capital, strategic advice, technology products, and customized solutions, today announced the appointment of Frank Kelly as a Partner and CEO of TRG Customer Solutions.

Kelly has over 23 years of experience in managing, selling, and delivering customized contact center and BPO solutions to business customers from both domestic and international locations. Kelly spent over 8 years at Convergys' Customer Management Group (CMG), where in his role as the Senior Vice President of North American Operations, Kelly was responsible for over $1.1 billion in annual revenues, representing over 33,000 employees in 40 contact centers spread across the U.S., Canada, India and the Philippines. Additionally, Kelly was responsible for managing executive client relationships with 300 North American-based clients spread across a wide range of vertical industries, including Automotive, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Technology, and Retail. Frank was responsible for launching Convergys' Offshore operations in India and the Philippines, resulting in over 16,000 employees in those geographies.

Kelly has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Willow CSN, a leading Home Agent company, representing over 3,000 independent contractors working from their homes spread over 38 states, where he helped re-engineer the business and position it for growth.

Previously, Kelly spent several years as the Vice President of Customer Service at Frontier Corporation (later known as Global Crossing).

Kelly began his career with MCI Telecommunications in 1986 where he spent over 10 years in various assignments including starting up MCI's call center outsourcing and consulting business unit. Kelly earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.
