Prior to joining The Recording Academy, Grossman was the Senior Vice President of Television Music for the Paramount Pictures Television Group, where he oversaw all the creative and business elements involved in putting music into network and syndicated series, pilots and movies for television. Over the course of 16 years at Paramount, Grossman supervised series such as "Jag," "Cheers," "Frasier," "NCIS NCIS Naval Criminal Investigative Service NCIS National Coroners Information System (Australia) NCIS Nebraska Career Information System NCIS National Crime Intelligence Service NCIS National Coalition of Independent Scholars ," "Medium," "Soul Food," "Ed," "Everybody Hates Chris Everybody Hates Chris is an African-American sitcom, on The CW Television Network.
