The R-J3i Model B.


The R-J3i Model B controller is based on Fanuc's R-J3 control but has increased speed, memory, and I/O (Input/Output) The transfer of data between the CPU and a peripheral device. Every transfer is an output from one device and an input to another. See PC input/output.

I/O - Input/Output
 capacity, as well as an improved communication processor. It will run programs written for the R-J3 with little or no modification A change or alteration in existing materials.

Modification generally has the same meaning in the law as it does in common parlance. The term has special significance in the law of contracts and the law of sales.
