properties purchased in joint venture with CDK Cdk
cyclin-dependent protein kinase. Partners for $23.15
million. The properties are:
* 200 Welsh Rd. in Horsham Horsham (hôr`shəm), town (1991 pop. 38,356) and district, West Sussex, SE England. Horsham is known primarily for its agricultural and merchandising activities, but it also serves as an engineering center. , Penn.;
* A single-story, 44,400 s/f office building located at 650 Louis
Dr. in Warminster, Penn.;
* A single-story, 113,831 s/f office and flex building located at
One Ivybrook Blvd. in Warminster, Penn.
