The Physician Executive wins two writing awards.ACPE's The Physician Executive journal recently won two awards from the American American, river, 30 mi (48 km) long, rising in N central Calif. in the Sierra Nevada and flowing SW into the Sacramento River at Sacramento. The discovery of gold at Sutter's Mill (see Sutter, John Augustus) along the river in 1848 led to the California gold rush of Society of Healthcare Publication Editors in the 2004 competition. The awards were: * Gold Award in the category Best Regular Column--Contributed for the Ethical Aspects column written by Richard Thompson Thompson, city, Canada Thompson, city (1991 pop. 14,977), central Man., Canada, on the Burntwood River. A mining town, it developed after large nickel deposits were discovered in the area in 1956. , MD. * Bronze Award Several organizations issue awards with this name:
