The Pacific Bank Announces Changes in Board of Directors.


SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 1999--The Pacific Bank, N.A., (Nasdaq:PBSF PBSF Plant Biologists of South Florida ), announced that the Board of Directors has re-appointed Director Norman "Ned" E. Dean as Chairman of the Board, while Michael Tun TUN, measure. A vessel of wine or oil, containing four hogsheads.  Zan will remain as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.

Dean has served the Bank in various capacities as Director, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since 1991.

Mr. Tun Zan stated, "We value Mr. Dean's long, successful association with the Bank and his strong business acumen. In addition to his customary responsibilities as Chairman, Mr. Dean will be engaged in addressing the Bank's ongoing strategic issues."

It was also announced that, following the recent resignation of Directors Owen Erickson, Nicholas Toussaint and Samuel Mills Samuel Mills may refer to:
  • Samuel Sylvester Mills (1806-1874), a Canadian businessman and member of the Senate of Canada
  • Samuel John Mills (1783-1818), an American preacher who helped found the American Bible Society and the American Colonization Society
 who were nominees of the Bank's previous controlling shareholder, two past Directors have been re-appointed to the Board; Messrs. Frank Brown and Dick Dumke.
