The Olnick Organization announced the following leases at 270 Lafayette St. in New York City:

* David Netto, an interior design firm, relocated within the building to an expanded office of 3,157 s/f;

* Isolar Industries, a musical production company, leased 6,529 s/f;

* Diamond Baratta Design, a residential interior design firm, renewed its lease for 3,447 s/f;

* RSA/USA, a production company, renewed and expanded at the property, leasing 7,000 s/f;

* Incisive Media (Risk Waters) leased 7,072 s/f;

* The Barisch Group, an investment company, leased 2,245 s/f;

* Dunderon, a Swedish denim jeans retailer, leased 600 s/f.

At Olnick's 130 Fifth Ave. in New York City, marketing firm Korey Kay renewed its 12,769 s/f lease for an additional five years. George Tockstein,

vice president of the commercial division of The Olnick Organization, represented his firm. Donald Preate of Cushman & Wakefield represented Korey Kay. Sheridan Square Entertainment signed a lease for 12,769 s/f. Robert Yaffa of Grubb & Ellis represented The Olnick Organization.

At The Century, Olnick's 600-unit residential rental property in the Bronx, N.Y., The Tennis Club of Riverdale renewed approximately 80,000 s/f. In the transaction, George Tockstein represented The Olnick Organization and Edgar Gentry, attorney with Smith, Buss & Jacobs LLP, represented The Tennis Club of Riverdale.

On the retail side of its operations, Tockstein represented The Olnick Organization in securing one new lease and one renewal lease, both in New York City:

* Internet Cafe leased 1,440 s/f at 480A Lenox Ave.;

* Portofino Sun Spa renewed its 1,121 s/f lease for another 10 years at 1302 Third Ave.
