The Olnick Organization, Inc.Darryl P. Rankin and Dion H. Keene have been promoted to new positions within the residential division of The Olnick Organization, Inc. Rankin is now vice president of the residential division. He was formerly the general manager of Olnick's Lenox Terrace apartment community in Harlem. Keene now assumes Rankin's prior position as general manager at Lenox Terrace. Keene was formerly the assistant manager of the development. Prior to joining The Olnick Organization, Rankin served as director of housing & facilities operations at Monroe College Monroe College is a private college with campuses in the Bronx and New Rochelle, New York.
