The Northern New Jersey office of Studley announced the promotion of Gregg K. Najarian to corporate managing director. His former title was managing director.

Najarian specializes in representing major corporations and law firms with their corporate real estate needs. He became a member of the Studley team in March of 2004 i when Strategic Alliance Partners LLC joined forces with Studley, establishing its Northern New Jersey office. Najarian had come to Strategic Alliance l0 years earlier as one of the firm's first brokers. Throughout his career, he has represented Fortune 100 companies and small privately held firms, advising upon their diverse real estate requirements.

At Studley, Najarian's played a pivotal role in representing international pharmaceutical firm Eisai in its build-to-suit lease for a new 209,000 s/f corporate headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.

He is a member of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey and the Newark Regional Business Partnership. He graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.

The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency (IDA) announced that regional economist Marc M. Goloven has joined the agency as a consultant for analysis of business development issues and employment retention initiatives in the City.

Goloven was most recently the senior regional economist at JPMorganChase. He was the author of the bank's external newsletter, the Financial Digest, and continues to be a sought-after speaker at public and private sector conferences.

Prior to joining JPMorganChase in 1978, Goloven received his graduate degree in economics from Georgetown University and was a policy analyst at the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
