In 1945, he married Barbara Pierce and they began raising a family. After graduating from Yale University, Mr. Bush began a career in the oil industry of West Texas. He became interested in public service and served two terms as a U.S. Representative from Texas. He would later serve as Ambassador to the United Nations, Chairman of the Republican National Committee, and Director of the Central Intelligence Agency Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (D/CIA) serves as the head of the Central Intelligence Agency, which is part of the United States Intelligence Community. He reports to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI). .

In 1980 Bush campaigned for the Republican nomination for President. He lost, but was chosen as a running mate by President Ronald Reagan.

"Politics & Eggs", a forum which brings together New Hampshire New Hampshire, one of the New England states of the NE United States.
