It is a center of the U.S. motion-picture industry, whose roots in the city date to c.1915. Its chief manufactures are rubber products and computers. the 2006 Republican of the Year from California California (kăl'ĭfôr`nyə), most populous state in the United States, located in the Far West; bordered by Oregon (N), Nevada and, across the Colorado River, Arizona (E), Mexico (S), and the Pacific Ocean (W). . The award is given to an individual who promotes the free enterprise system and who supports the ideas of smaller government, lower taxes and less regulation. Henning is the co-owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Culver City.
