The elected heads of key industry organizations have also been invited as members, so when it comes to policy issues, those that are supported get extra focus by the government officials and the Congressional Real Estate Caucus caucus: see convention. .

"It makes us a true business roundtable Business Roundtable (BRT), an association consisting of the chief executive officers of major U.S. corporations that was founded in 1972 through the merger of the three preexisting business organizations.  for commercial real estate, and helped Congress view the real estate industry as a united voice," she said.
