Over 18,000 square feet of new leases have been signed at 60 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. , a Moinian Group property, with tenants that include the United States Census Bureau The United States Census Bureau (officially Bureau of the Census as defined in Title 13 U.S.C.  11) is a part of the United States Department of Commerce. , CoolAudio.com and Adforce. Joseph Moinian, president of The Moinian Group, made the announcement.

Approximately 6,500 square feet of the space is located on the ground floor corner of the building on Madison Avenue and the corner of 27th Street. The additional 2,500 square feet taken on the seventh floor will be used for the Bureau's director's offices.

In the second transaction, CoolAudio.com leased approximately 5,000 square feet of space on the seventh floor of the building.

The third transaction involved Adforce's lease of 5,200 square feet of space on the seventh floor - the company's first permanent office space in NYC NYC
