Cruz's immediate responsibilities are to liaise with City, State and Federal agencies, keeping them apprised of Migdol's initiatives in building senior and youth centers in affordable housing complexes. She also works closely with tenant leaders to help plan improvements, and paves the way for The Migdol Organization to build playgrounds, running tracks, ball fields and picnic/barbecue areas at the complexes, all projects which vastly enhance the quality of residents' lives. |
