The Medical Society of New Jersey News Conference Scheduled to Oppose Proposed New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance Regulations (N.J.A.C. 11:22-5.2 and 5.6).


The Medical Society of New Jersey, physicians, specialty societies and representatives of healthcare organizations will gather for a news conference to discuss the impact the proposed regulations will have on New Jersey patients and physicians.

The regulations call for lowering the amount insurance companies pay for out-of-network out-of-network Managed care adjective Referring to a provider/service that is not part of an MCO's network of contracted providers/services.
