The Marketing Directors, Inc.

The Marketing Directors, Inc. has promoted Daniel Guerra to the position of senior market analyst.

Guerra, has been with The Marketing Directors since December 2004. Previously, he served as a research analyst. He will work directly with Tara Hogan, vice president of research at the firm.

In addition to gathering market data and providing in-depth analysis, his new responsibilities include evaluating the competitive landscape for proposed projects of potential new clients and working closely with current clients in the process of securing financing for their new developments. Mr. Guerra will work predominantly with New York developers.

A native New Yorker, Guerra is a graduate of Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and accounting.
