The Lightstone Group has named Michael Goss regional property manager for residential portfolio.

In this capacity, Goss will oversee the Maryland/Washington, D.C. area properties. He previously worked as a property/asset manager for Equity Office Properties where he managed and developed annual business plans and operating budgets for two Class A office buildings, totaling more than 700,000 s/f.

Other previous experience includes serving as regional asset manager for Legum & Norman Realty, Inc. where he worked extensively with multi-family, commercial, HUD subsidized and PHA's, in Chicago, IL, St. Louis, MO, and Tampa, FL. He holds a business degree from the University of Maryland.
