 Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Among other things, the complaint alleges that defendants issued a series of materially false and misleading statements regarding ABH's financial condition and results of operations by overstating revenues for at least the second and third quarters of fiscal 1998. The Complaint alleges that plaintiff and the Class purchased ABH common stock at artificially inflated prices as a result of defendants' materially false and misleading statements and omissions.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all purchasers of ABH common stock during the Class Period who were damaged by defendants' conduct, excluding the defendants and their affiliates. Plaintiff is represented by Abbey, Gardy & Squitieri, LLP, a law firm with extensive experience in prosecuting class actions, and significant expertise in actions involving corporate fraud.
