FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- Otter Products introduced the OtterBox 1911, an interactive, water-resistant case designed for the HP iPAQ 6500 and 69001 series devices. This innovative case will ultimately replace the existing OtterBox 1910 model to provide the latest convergent technology protection with access to phone, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) A handheld computer for managing contacts, appointments and tasks. It typically includes a name and address database, calendar, to-do list and note taker, which are the functions in a personal information manager (see PIM). , keypad A small keyboard or supplementary keyboard keys; for example, the keys on a calculator or the number/cursor cluster on a computer keyboard. Tailored to fit newer iPAQ models, the 1911 provides sealed access to the keypad as well as headset/headphone, and sync and charge connections accessible through the case. A replaceable screen membrane protects the iPAQ touch screen from damage while still providing complete access to the screen and its functions. The camera also remains fully functional through the case.
