The LWV of Camden County, NJ.The LWV LWV abbr. League of Women Voters of Camden County, NJ, developed a local version of an LWVEF workshop, "Running and Winning," and trained over 200 high school girls High School Girls (女子高生 Joshi Kōsei over four years. Workshop participants interview female elected officials about public service, learn the history of women in politics and explore their own leadership potential in a simulated campaign exercise. In post-work-shop feedback, the students reported that they now know much more about the importance of being involved in politics and feel more confident in their ability to take stands on issues.
