The Kamson Corp.

Jeff Kurtz has been named president of The Kamson Corp. of Englewood Cliffs, N.J., an NJAA member. "Jeff has been the driving force in the expansion of our operation over the last several years" stated Richard Kurtz, CEO. "His experience, ability to manage multiple challenges and commitment to the philosophy, which has made Kamson successful for the last 20 years, makes him the ideal individual to lead the continued growth of our organization in the future," he continued. In his previous role as Vice President of Kamson and President of Eastern Construction, Kurtz has been aggressive in the purchase of real estate investment properties focusing on the apartment market and several shopping centers. Kurtz has been instrumental in the purchase of more than 20 properties in the last two years, most of which have required substantial renovations. Kurtz was a member of the 1987 national football championship team at the University of Miami from which he graduated. Kurtz remains involved in the Miami community as an active member of their alumni association and as key contributor to the Miami Project. The Miami Project is an organization directed by former Miami Dolphin Nick Buoniconti with the goal of helping to cure paralysis. Buoniconti started this effort after a football injury left his son a quadriplegic. Kurtz is also involved with the New Jersey Special Olympics. The Kamson Corps.
