The John Anthony Group.

The John Anthony Group announced the sale of 40 Nicholas Place. Brian Reilly, the exclusive broker, negotiated the sale.

The six-story elevator building in Sugar Hill was held underlong ownership and had been very well maintained. This was the first sale of the property in 35 years.

Reilly has also completed the sale of 43 Clinton Street with Jim Mann, an associate broker at the John Anthony Group. A mixed-use apartment/retail property located south of Houston Street, the building Was sold with six vacancies and low existing rents, representing excellent upside for the purchaser.
