The Jersey P.A.N.T.H.E.Rs.New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation The New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation (NJSCC or SCC) is a public agency in New Jersey that is responsible for implementing an $8.6 billion overhaul of the educational infrastructure of hundreds of schools in districts throughout all 21 counties of the State representatives joined Paterson Public School District educators, city officials, community supporters and construction workers for a topping off ceremony marking a milestone at the new P.A.N.T.H.E.R. Comerro Coppa Architects designed the school and Joseph A. Natoli Construction Corp. was awarded the construction contract.
