The Jarvis Group Inc. Completes Reorganization.

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 2002

The Jarvis Group Inc., formerly Co-Media Inc., has completed its reorganization started in December on Jan. 8, 2002, following control of the company passing to Jarvis Entertainment Group.

The following will be of interest to shareholders:

Following the change of control the company changed its name from Co-Media Inc. to the Jarvis Group Inc. effective Dec. 21, 2001.
