) services, today announced the appointment of Phillip W. Turland to the position of Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Turland will drive the company's research, planning and development activities, including development of The Hiring Machine's ASP-based HRM Application Services See ASP and Web services.  suite.

Mr. Turland brings to The Hiring Machine over 25 years of experience in software engineering and Web technology development, and web-based application See Web application.  development expertise. Most recently, Mr. Turland served as lead project manager for Raytheon's ASDE-X ASDE-X Airport Surface Detection Equipment - X (frequency) band  architecture and development. Prior experience includes management positions at Harvard Business School Harvard Business School, officially named the Harvard Business School: George F. Baker Foundation, and also known as HBS, is one of the graduate schools of Harvard University. , MultiLink Inc., Boston Technology and Archibus, Inc.
