Dear sir or madam

I studied a breif of "The Handbook of World Stock, Derivatives and Commodity Exchanges Provides Trading, Settlement and Organisational Data On 250 Exchanges in Over 100 Countries and Regions " in your site and interested to buy it. But there is 2 questions that I would like to know :

1. is there the new version in 2010 available?

2. can u send me the list of contents? ( i mean : what does each exchange text include? the pages for each exchange? and is there any information about trading houres, organization structure, brokers, listed companies and industry segmentation for each exchnage?)
I will order 1 and if I can introduce exactly an do marketing and get discount I can order 50 books for domestic dealres.
