Companies:
  • Prudential plc is a United Kingdom-based financial services company.
  • Prudential Financial, Inc.
 Timber Investments Inc. (PruTimber). Terms of the acquisition, which is expected to close in the third quarter, were not disclosed. HTRG will assume management responsibility of 450,000 acres of timberland worth US $660 million.
