The Hampshire Companies announced the appointment of Karen Nihill as assistant controller for The Hampshire Generational Fund, one of the firm's private equity real estate investment funds Noun 1. investment funds - money that is invested with an expectation of profit

On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  before being promoted to Global Financial Controller. Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Nihill was the operations financial controller for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC SAIC - http://saic.com. ) in Hackensack, N.J.
