Paul Pacult, and Anthony Giglio, among others leading wine, spirits and food pairing seminars throughout the weekend. The best local ingredients will also be added to the mix this year as the festival celebrates the rich agricultural heritage of the Hamptons with locally grown products from several East End farms and Long Island winemakers.

Local talent has been tapped as well for a spirited Hamptons Chef & Bartender Competition. Last year's winner, Colette Connor of Inn Spot On the Bay, won a trip for two to Tahiti. To stir things up a bit for this year's competition, the Hamptons Chefs will be joined this year by their favorite bartenders to create thematic drinks to complement the food. Spectacular Grand Tastings will be held both days featuring numerous local and international wines and a full menu of signature dishes from top Hampton's restaurants. The picturesque Ross School serves as the festival's new setting. The Festival will stage events throughout the school's magnificent Center For Well Being building.
