The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into on Route 4 in Paramus. The company also has a business presence in England and Mexico. Quest Diagnostics is a member of the Fortune 500 and the S&P 500. signed a lease for space at Denville Station on Route 53 in Denville. Lew Finkeistein represented the landlord; * Edible Arrangements signed a lease for space at 1132 Raymond Blvd. in downtown Newark Downtown Newark is Newark, New Jersey's major central business and cultural district. It is located at a bend in the Passaic River. Interstate 280 was built just north of Downtown. Downtown is the site of the original Puritan settlement of Newark. .
