The Goldstein Group announced the following leases:

* UPS signed a lease at 1 Orient Way in Rutherford. The landlord is Herod Rutherford Developers.

* UPS signed a lease at Roselle Roselle (rōzĕl`), borough (1990 pop. 20,314), Union co., NE N.J.; set off from Linden 1890 and inc. 1894. Chiefly residential, the borough has some industry.  Shopping Center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into  on 579 Raritan Road Raritan Road is a short rural spur (state maintained) that runs from Illinois Route 116 at Media south to the community of Raritan.
  • 1937 IL-97A was a spur off the current IL-116, Media to Raritan.
 in Roselle. The landlord is Roselle Shopping Center, Inc.

* UPS signed a lease at 55 Union Place in Summit. The landlord is Bassett Associates.

* Allstate signed a lease at Lowe's Shopping Center on Route 17 in East Rutherford.

* Allstate signed a lease at 236 Rock Road in Glen Rock Glen Rock, borough (1990 pop. 10,883), Bergen co., NE N.J., a residential suburb of New York City; settled c.1710, inc. 1896. George Washington's army used the area for camping grounds during the Revolutionary War. . Ligerie Burns is the landlord.

* Allstate signed a lease for space at Martin Shopping Center at 397 Route 46 in Fairfield. The landlord is Azarian Realty.

Florian Snserman was responsible for negotiating these transactions.
