Ambitious teenagers formulate a company called Teen Power Inc. and hire themselves out to make some money. They get more than they bargain for when they agree to deliver newspapers for the local paper, the Pen. Pen is not only in financial trouble but seems to be experiencing an unbelievable run of bad luck. The paper comes back from the printing press with a million mistakes and people are calling to complain that they never received their papers although Teen Power Inc. has been doing its job.
