The Foreign Operators In Nigeria.


The executives of foreign oil companies operating in Nigeria Nigeria (nījĭr`ēə), officially Federal Republic of Nigeria, republic (2006 provisional pop. 140,003,542), 356,667 sq mi (923,768 sq km), W Africa.  have been chosen for their capability to work in a difficult country, with state decision makers often changing. Apart from befriending or employing high-minded and dedicated Nigerians who are honest, the foreign executives cannot always afford to be too close to this category of people. They have to be careful in every move they make.

These executives are dealing with a complex combination of Nigerians. Despite the fact that Nigeria now is ruled by a civilian government, which keeps promising that it would stamp out corruption and mismanagement mis·man·age
