The stated mission of the Food Safety Training and Education Alliance (FSTEA) is "to improve food safety training and education at the retail level." FSTEA's Web site offers links to news from government agencies and trade organizations as well as updates, recalls, alerts, and advisories. Under the heading "Resources," users will find links to a variety of helpful training tools, including graphics and clip art A set of canned images used to illustrate word processing and desktop publishing documents. , online training programs, and the HAACP Resources Database. Particularly worth noting are links to signs, posters, brochures, facts sheets, and manuals in foreign languages.
